Dutch design company Snurk in partnership with Cuckooland offers a fun alternative to regular kid’s bedding. Instead of cartoon characters they’ve come up with original designs for bed duvets which appeal to children’s sense of adventure.
“We immediately fell in love with the Snurk story- Snurk’s founders Peggy and Eric’s first design was a cardboard box bedding set for a homeless charity!” remarks Cuckooland. “Its from these humble charitable beginnings that Snurks creativity began to flow. Their first collection was produced in Pakistan, from there they moved production to Portugal where quality and delivery times were improved and where they could also become more involved in the production processes and the speed with which new designs could be taken to market.”
